Blind Pop
Rivets

A two-piece fastener consisting of a hollow rivet body and a mandrel (pull stem). Inserted through pre-drilled holes from one side only — the mandrel is then pulled, swaging the rivet body to grip both sheets. When the mandrel pulls enough, it snaps off, completing the joint. Available in open-end (standard) and sealed-end (watertight) configurations. Multiple material combinations allow matching to the substrate for galvanic compatibility.

Multi-Grip
Rivets

A single rivet that spans variable substrate thicknesses — typically replacing 3–5 standard rivets with one SKU. The special mandrel design creates a wide, consistent bearing tail regardless of total grip thickness. This dramatically reduces fastener inventory for assemblies that involve mixed-gauge sheet metal, as one part number replaces several. Preferred in high-volume automotive and white goods assembly for bin count reduction.

Concrete
Anchors

Mechanical expansion anchors for fastening into concrete, masonry and brick. Wedge anchors (through-bolt) — the most common heavy-duty type — expand mechanically under the bolt when tightened, gripping the drilled hole walls. Pin anchors (drop-in) accept a threaded bolt after flush setting. Both types require hammer drill pre-drilled holes sized to the anchor diameter. ETA-approved anchors available for structural applications requiring certified load data.

Dowel Pins
(Precision)

Precision-ground cylindrical locating pins in h6 and h7 tolerance. Used to positively locate mating parts — the close tolerance fit with a reamed hole eliminates positional error that bolts alone cannot guarantee. In die and mould tooling, even 0.01mm positional error is unacceptable; dowel pins are the only solution. Case-hardened for wear resistance in repeated assembly/disassembly cycles. Available in chamfered-end and radius-end profiles.

Spring Pins
(Roll Pins)

Hollow, slotted-body pins that spring outward to grip the hole wall when inserted. Unlike solid dowel pins, they compress to match slight hole tolerances. Slotted (single-slotted) pins are the standard type; spiral-wound pins offer greater shear strength and smoother bore contact. Self-retaining — they do not require special retention once inserted. Cost-effective replacements for solid dowels in applications that allow slight positional tolerance.

Pop Rivet Nuts
(Rivnuts)

A threaded insert installed blindly into thin-wall, hollow or enclosed sections — providing a strong female thread where welding or back-access installation is impossible. A rivet nut tool pulls the mandrel, collapsing the unthreaded shank section to form a bearing flange on the blind side. Once set, the insert provides a permanent, load-bearing thread that can be repeatedly used with standard machine screws. Available in round, hexagonal and knurled body profiles for different retention requirements.

Weld Studs

Arc and CD (capacitor discharge) stud welding. Creates a full-penetration bond to the parent surface — far stronger than screwed-in studs. Sheet metal, structural panels and automotive body.

Self-Clinching Studs

Cold-pressed into pre-punched holes under a press. The clinching ring permanently displaces parent material to grip — no welding, no adhesive. Provides strong threaded standoff in thin sheet without back-access.

HK-Lok / Captive Systems

Free-spinning captive locking fastener — permanently retained in the panel, cannot fall on disassembly. Preferred in aerospace, medical and defence equipment where dropped fasteners are a serious risk.
