Grub Screws
(Set Screws)
Fully-threaded, headless screws that sit entirely within the mating thread, making zero protrusion possible. Available in four point types: cup point (standard — bites into shaft for maximum grip), flat point (no shaft marking), cone point (for permanent/semi-permanent setting) and dog point (precision locating with a cylindrical ground tip). The high-strength 12.9 grade resists shear in high-torque shaft applications.
Hex Flange
Bolts
A hex bolt with an integral circular flange (washer face) machined or forged as part of the head. The flange distributes the bearing load over a larger surface area than a standard hex bolt, eliminating the need for a separate washer in most applications. The serrated underside variant provides additional anti-vibration locking. Popular in high-volume automotive assembly lines for this reason — fewer components per joint.
Threaded Rods
& Studs
Fully-threaded cylindrical rods with no head. Available as all-thread (continuous thread along entire length) and double-end stud (thread on both ends, plain centre for precise length control). Used as tension anchors, pipe hangers, suspended ceiling rods, and equipment base mounting studs. Custom cut lengths available. Bi-metal studs (carbon steel body, SS end threads) available for corrosive environments.
